Methods of Payment
We encourage online orders and accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Phone orders and payment by certified check or money order are also accepted. Purchase orders are accepted from training academies and municipal fire departments. Contact us for details.
Security
Your information security is a priority. All transactions take place on a secure server, and your information is encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) before it is sent through the Internet. If you are not comfortable ordering online, just contact us and we will be happy to process your order over the phone.
Shipping and Handling
A shipping and handling charge will be applied to all orders. This charge covers shipping to you, return shipping and most replacements. Orders are shipped via UPS. There will be an additional charge for expedited shipping (Standard Overnight or Second Day Air).
It is our practice to include a pre-paid UPS Return Shipping label with each order for your convenience in returning the rental gear. Click here to find a UPS location near you. Please click the button below if you have misplaced your return shipping label.
Return Policy
We are confident you will be completely satisfied with your rental turnout ensemble, but we offer a full refund of the rental price minus the shipping charges and a $50.00 order cancellation fee if the gear is returned unused before the start of your program. If your order is cancelled prior to being shipped, you will receive a full refund of the rental price minus a $50.00 order cancellation fee. If you return the gear less than 6 weeks from the start of the program, we will refund 50% of the rental price minus the shipping charges and a $50.00 cleaning fee. If more than 6 weeks of the program is completed, you are responsible for the full rental price. Note: shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Note: if your training period is less than 9 weeks you are responsible for the full rental price.
Privacy Policy
We do not disclose or sell our customer database. The information we collect is solely for the purpose of processing and shipping orders. This information will allow us to completely fill an order and notify customers about an order’s status. A confirmation notice for each order will be sent via email. A secure server is used to collect and process all orders.
